The existence and uniqueness of solution to sticky CIR process are proved. By introducing a time change involving symmetric local time, sticky CIR process is derived from standard CIR process, hence the existence of the solutionc is proved. Then, the uniqueness of the solution can be seen by a theorem involving a sequence of time change processes. At last, the infinitesimal generator and its domain of sticky CIR process are obtained.
